Job summary

PSEG Long Island is seeking an Associate Project Manager / Project Manager to oversee full life-cycle management of capital projects in the Electric T&D field. You will handle initiation, execution, and closeout across Inside Plant, Outside Plant, distribution, and transmission initiatives, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 6 years of engineering, capital construction, project management or technical supervisory experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of project management, capital construction, T&D or technical supervisory experience in the utility industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages a diverse range of transmission, substation, control and protection, interconnection, distribution and generation capital projects.
• Lead Project Execution—organizing, directing and coordinating activities and resources, including permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning phases.
• Planning - plan project execution including resources, scope, schedule, budget, safety, risk and expenditure.
