Job summary

The DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Project Manager who specializes in doors, frames, and hardware for commercial construction.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet project objectives on time and within budget. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, coordinating staff, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring safe, compliant project execution across data centers, schools, and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
