Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager who specializes in doors, frames, and hardware for commercial construction in Omaha. You will ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities across data centers, schools, and hospitals.

The role requires coordinating resources, reviewing plans, and guiding staff to successful project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of project and budget management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Windows-based programs and proficiency in Excel; construction software such as Procore preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to determine materials, schedule, budgets, staffing and resources.
• Establish work plans, assign duties, and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
