DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager who will specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at our Nashville, TN location. You will oversee projects from planning through execution to meet dates and budgets while coordinating activities across teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specs, assigning duties, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring on-time completion. A background in commercial doors/ hardware is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs, ERP/CRM systems, Excel; construction software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters and staffing requirements.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
