Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial door projects in our Port St. Lucie, Florida office.

You will plan, coordinate, and direct activities to meet objectives on time and within budget, with emphasis on doors, frames, and hardware for data centers, schools, and hospitals. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least two years managing projects and budgets.
• Able to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; ERP/CRM systems; strong Excel skills; preferred Procore experience.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget, staffing, and resources.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep the project on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
