Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Omaha seeks a Project Manager specializing in doors, frames, and hardware for commercial construction. You will ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget through planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

Projects range from data centers to schools and hospitals. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of PM experience preferred; Procore experience highly valued; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints with high attention to detail.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs, ERP/CRM systems, Excel; Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters and staffing.
• Discuss and establish work plans with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure on-schedule progress within budget; review status reports.
