Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs; experience with construction software such as Procore preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget, staffing requirements and resource allotment.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
