You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet budget and schedule targets across data centers, schools, and hospitals. The role requires managing plans, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of project and budget management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; ERP/CRM; strong Excel skills; construction software such as Procore.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate work plan with staff; assign duties and provide technical guidance.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
