Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate budget, schedule, and quality, while serving as the primary liaison between project teams and clients.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and timely reporting, with strong leadership of a cross-functional team and effective use of construction software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Experience leading multiple projects and reading construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and file required documentation.
• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects.
• Conduct pre-construction RFPs and monthly owner reports.
• Lead project meetings, set milestones, and coordinate with owners.
• Develop schedules and ensure quality control and logistics.
• Manage closeout processes and subcontract change orders.
• Engage with customers to discuss needs and provide service solutions.
• Supervise project support roles and collaborate with site operations.
