Job summary

W3Global seeks an experienced Project Manager (Data Center Experience) to lead the day-to-day management of construction projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, procurement, financial reporting, and closeout.

You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and deadlines.
• Review contracts and manage project scope and obligations.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across sites.
• Prepare monthly status reports on priorities, risks, and issues.
• Lead project closeout, turnover, and final documentation.
