Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Program Management (PM) Coordinator in Carlsbad, CA to support our Program Management team from launch through production and delivery.

You will coordinate customer programs and manufacturing projects, liaising with Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping. The role emphasizes strong organization, cross-functional communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an electronic manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, program coordination, customer service, account management, or manufacturing administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer programs throughout the project lifecycle, from launch to production and delivery.
  • Assist Program Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones to ensure on-time execution.
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, and status reports while monitoring deliverables and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, including Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Process and monitor customer purchase orders, forecasts, and order changes.
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs/ECOs) and assist with implementation.
  • Collaborate with Production Planning and Supply Chain to monitor manufacturing schedules, material availability, and delivery commitments.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and project launches.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, project documentation, and ERP/MRP system data.
  • Track customer specifications, revisions, and requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and KPI metrics for internal and customer review.

Job description

We are seeking a Program Management (PM) Coordinator to support our Program Management team in coordinating customer programs and manufacturing projects from initial launch through production and delivery. Schedule: 7am or 8am start time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
