Job Title: Program Manager - Coordinator

Pay Rate: $55k-$75k with an additional performance bonus

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7am-4pm

Summary

A well‑established provider of specialized products and services to customers operating in critically clean and highly regulated environments is seeking a Program Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing an established technical manufacturing support program at a key customer site, ensuring operational excellence through leadership and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with strong technical acumen who can balance personnel management, payroll oversight, and business development while maintaining high‑quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Operations: Oversee day‑to‑day operations at the customer site to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring needs are met and fostering effective communication.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the on‑site team, managing performance, feedback, and professional development in a collaborative environment.
  • Talent Management: Support the full hiring lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage payroll processing and related queries promptly while ensuring accurate time and attendance tracking.
  • Project Delivery: Manage technical deliverables, timelines, and quality of work to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to all safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand on‑site business, improve operational efficiency, and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high‑quality service delivery and operational stability.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in site or program management with a track record of sustaining long‑term programs and managing teams.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field is highly desired.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong acumen with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or team tracking software is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and/or PowerBI for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational management, quality assurance processes, and payroll systems.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong decision‑making abilities and a proactive approach to identifying workflow efficiencies.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
