What You’ll Do
- Support project leads with planning, coordination, status tracking, and administrative activities.
- Assign and track project tasks, action items, milestones, and deliverables across project teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource availability, and performance trends.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials, personnel, and other resources.
- Identify opportunities to reduce project costs while supporting budget and compliance requirements.
- Assist with troubleshooting unforeseen issues and coordinating practical resolutions.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting records, trackers, and presentation materials.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience coordinating projects, programs, engineering initiatives, operations activities, or cross-functional business efforts.
- 2+ years of experience tracking schedules, action items, resources, budgets, deliverables, or project status.
- 2+ years of experience preparing project reports, presentations, status updates, or stakeholder communications.
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- 1+ years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technology, or product-development projects.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
What Sets You Apart
- 1+ years of experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or high-technology environments.
- Experience building project dashboards, tracking metrics, and visualizing project performance.
- Strong team-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing project risks, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating competing priorities.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including formulas, PivotTables, reporting, and data visualization.
- Strong troubleshooting and continuous-improvement mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Work Environment: 100% onsite professional engineering environment.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST.
