The Waldinger Corporation in Kearney, NE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large and complex projects in our Kearney Office. This role requires strong technical ability and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project engineering, field leadership, and other senior leaders for project success.

• 5-7 years of project engineering or management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or related area.
• Occasional travel.

• Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
• Mentorship: Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights. Identifies and communicates training challenges to leadership.
