The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Project Manager I for the Independence, KS office to lead small to mid-sized construction projects with strong technical and interpersonal skills. The role will require collaboration with project engineering and field leadership to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include coordinating project scope, planning meetings, achieving safety and quality goals, and managing budgets and revenues across multiple projects in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area.
• Occasional Travel.

This is a mission critical project based PM role. The expectation would be to be based on the project site for a typical period of 18-24 months per project location. Projects will vary in location across the Midwest.
