Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Manager Office to lead small to mid-sized projects requiring strong technical and interpersonal skills.

The role is project-site based for typically 18-24 months per location, with projects across the Midwest. You will coordinate scope, planning, and outcomes while managing budgets and client relations to deliver successful results.

Qualifications

3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area.
Occasional Travel.

The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Project Manager Office.

Job Summary

Responsible for the success of small to mid-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success.

This is a mission critical project based PM role. The expectation would be to be based on the project site for a typical period of 18-24 months per project location. Projects will vary in location across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.
Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
