Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation has a mission-critical Project Manager Office position to lead small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout. The role is based on the project site for about 18–24 months per location, with projects spanning the Midwest region.

You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while collaborating with project engineering and field leadership to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area.
• Occasional Travel.

Responsible for the success of small to mid-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success.

This is a mission critical project based PM role. The expectation would be to be based on the project site for a typical period of 18-24 months per project location. Projects will vary in location across the Midwest.
