The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Project Manager Office to lead small to mid-sized construction projects requiring strong technical and people skills. This role emphasizes coordinating resources from initiation through closeout and ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The position is project-site based for typical 18-24 months per location, with travel across the Midwest. You will collaborate with project engineering and field leadership to drive outcomes and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or related area.
• Occasional Travel

Job Summary

Responsible for the success of small to mid-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success.

This is a mission critical project based PM role. The expectation would be to be based on the project site for a typical period of 18-24 months per project location. Projects will vary in location across the Midwest.
