Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Project Manager Office to drive success on small to mid-sized projects across the Midwest. This role requires strong technical ability and interpersonal skills, with collaboration across project engineering and field leadership.

Based on the project site for approx. 18-24 months per location, travel is occasional as projects vary in the Midwest region. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and client satisfaction, while managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area.
• Occasional Travel.

Responsibilities

• Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.
• Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.

Job Summary

Responsible for the success of small to mid-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success.

This is a mission critical project based PM role. The expectation would be to be based on the project site for a typical period of 18-24 months per project location. Projects will vary in location across the Midwest.
