Job summary

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout, applying strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. You will coordinate with project engineering and field leadership for project success.

You will coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet goals, safety, quality, and financial targets while managing budgets and resources. Travel to Des Moines or Omaha may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
• Occasional Travel

• Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.

• Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
