The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized construction projects, guiding them from initiation to closeout with strong technical and interpersonal skills.

This mission-critical PM role requires on-site placement for 18-24 months per project location, with assignments across the Midwest, coordinating with project engineering, field leadership, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
• Occasional Travel

• Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for small to mid-sized projects from initiation to closeout.
• Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives.
• Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.

This is a mission critical project based PM role. The expectation would be to be based on the project site for a typical period of 18-24 months per project location. Projects will vary in location across the Midwest.
