Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with required experience.
• 3 years PM experience for higher grade or 5 years with Associate degree.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred; cert required for advancement.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct or assist in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating assigned project activities.
• Develop understanding of project management principles and apply Waterfall or Agile.
• Provide leadership, direction, coordination, and effective communication to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close projects.
• Ensure safety and Zero Harm through AEP System Safety Process.
• Develop and manage project plan, schedule, budget, tools, and staff.
• Lead planning meetings and update stakeholders.
• Develop working relationships with team, customers, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Provide guidance to improve design, systems, procedures, schedules and costs.
