The Keller Group is assisting a Phoenix-based client in recruiting a Project Manager for Commercial Real Estate Development. This role drives multiple development projects from concept to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to align budgets, schedules, and execution plans.

You will engage with tenants, leadership, lenders, and capital partners, overseeing entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction activities, and ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.

The Keller Group is excited to support our Phoenix-based client in their search for a Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate Development. This is a high-visibility, hands-on development role supporting a fast-paced real estate investment and construction environment. As a key member of the Development & Construction team, you will own the day-to-day execution of multiple projects simultaneously while serving as the primary point of coordination between internal leadership, contractors, consultants, tenants, and external partners.

This role will join a highly entrepreneurial, growing organization with a strong pipeline of ground-up and tenant improvement projects across Arizona and beyond. It offers significant ownership, exposure to the full development lifecycle, and long-term growth potential within a dynamic and expanding platform.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, construction management, or related project management roles
• Strong background in both ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects
• Experience working with or for developers, owner’s representatives, or general contractors strongly preferred
• Familiarity with entitlements, permitting, and municipal coordination
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational discipline
• Comfort operating across both field-level execution and executive-level communication
• Strong budgeting and cost management experience across commercial construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Asana, or MS Project a plus
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach to project execution
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly with leadership, tenants, and external partners
