Job summary

CSI Construction Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Construction Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and multifamily projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise to ensure safety, schedule, scope, and budget compliance while coordinating with owners, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing Commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
  • Experience with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, review cost reports, and approve invoices and change orders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, financials, and timelines.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or multifamily l construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget.   • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling practices.
  • Experience with project management and construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Work Environment

This role requires a combination of office and on-site project work. Regular travel to job sites within Arizona is expected. Occasional lifting, walking job sites, and working outdoors may be required.
