Job summary

The Keller Group is seeking a Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate Development in Phoenix. This high-visibility role requires hands-on oversight of multiple development projects, coordinating between leadership, contractors, consultants, tenants and capital partners.

You will drive ground-up construction and TI efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure successful delivery across all project phases while maintaining strong executive communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate development, construction management, or related PM roles.
• Experience with ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects.
• Familiarity with entitlements, permitting, and municipal coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent CRE development projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee ground-up construction and TI projects across development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to establish budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
• Drive entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction activities with city officials and design teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure delivery across phases.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, leadership, lenders, and capital partners.
• Oversee general contractors and construction managers while maintaining owner-side accountability.
• Prepare project reporting, status updates, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Support draw requests, lender coordination, and financial tracking with capital sources.
