Job summary

The Keller Group is assisting a Phoenix-based client in recruiting a Project Manager for Commercial Real Estate Development. This role drives multiple development projects from concept to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to align budgets, schedules, and execution plans.

You will engage with tenants, leadership, lenders, and capital partners, overseeing entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction activities, and ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage multiple commercial real estate development projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee ground-up construction and tenant improvement (TI) projects across development stages.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to establish budgets and schedules.
• Drive entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction activities with city officials and design teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control for successful delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, leadership, lenders, and capital partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent commercial real estate development projects from concept through completion
• Oversee ground-up construction and tenant improvement (TI) projects across various stages of the development lifecycle
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to establish budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• Drive entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction activities in partnership with city officials and design teams
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure successful delivery across all phases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, internal leadership, lenders, and capital partners
• Oversee general contractors and construction managers while maintaining owner-side accountability
• Prepare project reporting, status updates, and risk assessments for internal and external stakeholders
• Support draw requests, lender coordination, and financial tracking in partnership with capital sources
• Identify and resolve project issues quickly while maintaining strong forward momentum across active builds
