Job summary

Jobot in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgeting, scheduling and client communications, while coordinating with field leadership and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Seven to fifteen plus years of experience in commercial construction and a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Seven to fifteen plus years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with ground up or large scale renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials and safety practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
