Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction in the Indianapolis area. You will lead projects from cradle to grave, overseeing teams and coordinating across disciplines to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a PM in commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Bachelor’s in a related field is preferred; PMP is a plus. Salary ranges from $115k to $140k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in self-perform commercial spaces.
• Experience running cradle-to-grave projects in commercial, healthcare, MF, K-12, retail, and restaurant sectors ($20M-$50M).
• Proficient with Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

We are actively looking for a Senior Project Manager with Ground-up Commercial Construction experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
