Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction in the Greater Indianapolis area. You will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of PM experience in self-perform spaces; a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field is preferred; PMP is a plus. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered by Jobot.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects cradle-to-grave within commercial/healthcare/multifamily facilities with project values in the $20M–$50M range.
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from cradle to grave.
• Direct cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk to meet project milestones.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Experience running projects from cradle to grave within the Commercial, Healthcare, MF, K-12, Retail, Restaurant ($20M - $50M)
• Proficient in using Procore project management software, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
