Job summary

LeoForce, an employee-owned MEP contractor, seeks an experienced project manager to lead commercial MEP projects in Roanoke. You will plan, execute, and close out projects while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability, coordinating with owners, GCs, and designers.

With 5+ years in commercial construction, you will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, using Procore and MS Project. Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial construction projects (MEP emphasis).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, schedules, and priorities.
• Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar construction management software.
• Strong ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, and contracts; excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial MEP projects through planning, execution, and close-out while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Build and maintain CPM schedules, budgets, and documentation using Procore, Microsoft Project, and related tools.
• Track job costs, forecasts, billings, and change orders; prepare monthly project reports on financial health and risk.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, and change documentation.
• Coach and direct Superintendents and field teams, resolving technical and logistical challenges promptly.
• Cultivate strong relationships with owners, GCs, design professionals, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
