Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Coordinator to coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects in the United States. The role involves developing and maintaining MEP schedules, ensuring compliance with codes, and collaborating with project teams to drive success.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, deep MEP knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers a competitive base salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain MEP schedules and ensure they are on track.
• Ensure all MEP installations meet codes and standards.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems.
• Develop and implement quality control measures for MEP systems.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.
• Manage and mentor junior MEP staff.
