Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Senior Construction Program Manager to lead planning and execution of major commercial projects in the Twin Cities area. You will define scope, assemble teams, create budgets, and ensure safety and quality across phases.

The role requires 6+ years in construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD and construction software. Expect cross-functional coordination and accountability for delivering on time and within cost.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years proven experience in commercial construction.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
  • Proficient in construction management software packages.
  • Conflict and crisis management competency.
  • Leadership and HR management skills.

  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience with strategic planning and risk management.
