Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to independently lead large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing $20M–$30M engagements with field leaders, subcontractors, and clients.

You will manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and schedules, coordinating multisystem teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery with financial accountability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Independently manage large, complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Experience managing contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills.
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, project complexity, and overall fit.
