Greenwood Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Worcester, MA exterior building projects focused on commercial roofing and envelope systems. You will read plans, estimate and schedule materials, manage labor, and ensure safety and quality across multiple trades.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate with GCs, PMs, and Corporate to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Understand commercial roof system designs to include; TPO, PVC and EPDM.
• Read plans and specifications in hard copy and digital formats.
• Work with Operations to determine materials and manpower for each project.
• Estimate time to completion and coordinate with teams from varying trades.
• Determine materials and create delivery schedules to ensure availability.
• Review architect’s roofing design to plan work sequence and address issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Create schedules of work and value, track performance, and initiate recovery when needed.
• Communicate regularly with management on all projects.
• Schedule and dispatch field personnel; network with beneficial associations.
