Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Springfield, MO to oversee roofing projects from kickoff to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, materials, and crews, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 5+ years of commercial roofing PM experience, strong knowledge of roofing systems, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software (Procore or MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address challenges.
• Review project financials, change orders, production performance.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety policies.
