Job summary

Roofing Talent America is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to run a diverse book of commercial roofing jobs from the Conway office, covering Myrtle Beach and the surrounding market. You will coordinate material orders, crews, and site supervision to meet company and manufacturer standards.

This role handles multiple projects concurrently across low-slope and steep-slope systems, including new construction and reroof, with hands-on field work and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing commercial roofing projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of low-slope systems.
• Steep-slope and specialty experience preferred.
• Track record running multiple jobs concurrently.
• Physically fit for site work and ladder work.

Responsibilities

• Order materials, equipment and plant for each job.
• Schedule, manage and supervise crews and subcontractors.
• Oversee site work to meet company and manufacturer standards.
• Move between jobs, on roofs and ladders, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
