Job summary

IsoTalent is partnering with a growing residential architecture firm to hire an Architectural Designer for an onsite role in Coral Springs, FL.

You will manage 1–3 projects from initial sketches to construction documents, coordinating with consultants, clients, and AHJs. As you advance, you’ll own full project lifecycles, driving design, coordination, and delivery of well-built spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; master's a plus.
• 3+ years of architectural design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, codes and construction methods.
• Ability to create both 2D and 3D representations.
• Excellent communication for multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; maintains quality.
• Positive attitude and loyal tenure; fluent verbal and written communication.

A Day in the Life of an Architectural Designer

You'll juggle 1–3 projects at a time, moving between conceptual design, construction documents, and coordination with consultants, clients, and AHJs. As you grow into the role, you'll take on increasing ownership of full projects, design, coordination, client communication, and delivery, helping the firm deliver thoughtful, well-built spaces for its clients.
