Job summary

AIA Miami is looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential projects from design to construction. The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience in architecture, a degree in Architecture, and advanced proficiency in Revit. Strong knowledge of Miami building codes and excellent organizational skills are necessary.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of professional architecture experience.
  • Strong experience with residential work in South Florida.
  • Demonstrated Construction Administration experience across multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of Miami building codes and zoning.
