Ladders is seeking a Project Manager, AI to lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing AI project implementations. You will act as the primary contact for customers while coordinating with internal teams to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, and clear communication to drive successful delivery across multiple initiatives in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI solutions.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML delivery concepts like model deployment and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project and collaboration tools Confluence/SharePoint.

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, AI to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will oversee end-to-end delivery of customer-facing AI project implementations, ensuring milestones are met from sale close through completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating closely with internal teams to keep projects on track. The position requires strong planning, risk management, and communication skills to drive successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
