Job summary

T12 Technologies LLC is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead cutting-edge AI solutions initiatives. This remote role sits at the intersection of technology and strategy, guiding projects from concept to delivery in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience in AI/tech, with strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Jira/Asana/MS Project. This is a remote position with flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in AI/tech/software environments.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of AI and machine learning solution deployments.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
• Ensure AI solution implementations meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
