Job summary

Inpro in Wisconsin is seeking an Ascend Project Coordinator to manage projects from award through completion, acting as the hub between customers, Sales, Product Management, and internal support teams.

You'll maintain project trackers, coordinate milestones, ensure orders are complete and accurately entered, and support post-award activities including contracts, ESRs/SDRs, bids, and shipments. Strong project-management, communication, and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry and related products is a plus.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with CRM workflows.
• Proficiency with Macola and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside and outside sales representatives and customers to gather project details and requirements in alignment with project schedules.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project trackers and communicate key milestones, changes, and priorities.
• Ensure orders are complete and entered accurately; manage post-award project activities including contract submissions ESRs and SDRs, customer bids and submittals, order status and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings to support successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with product manager to ensure engineered part numbers are created and introduced into the sales process.
• Develop and deliver training, work instructions, and ongoing process support for the sales team.
• Help reduce controllable returns and allowances by improving order accuracy and project coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You\'ll Do

Key Working Relationships

Reports to the Divisional Sales Director. Partners closely with the Product Manager and Sales Representatives. Collaborates with CRM and Experlogix team members. Communicates professionally with customers, business partners, and other external contacts.
