Job summary

CodeGeniusRecruit is seeking a project coordinator/manager to drive AI data initiatives in the USA. You will translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines, onboard new experts, and lead weekly reviews with notes and action items.

You will track deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel, identify root causes of quality issues, and collaborate with program leads, domain experts, and product partners. A STEM background and prior people management experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Have strong relevant experience in project coordination or project management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• STEM background strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects.
• Strong data management experience with Excel and SQL, and working knowledge of coding.
• Prior people management experience or demonstrated ability to lead large groups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects, ensuring smooth operations.
• Work closely with program leads and domain experts to translate leadership inputs into clear guidelines.
• Onboard and support new experts as the program expands.
• Join weekly business reviews, organize notes and action items, and lead calls when necessary.
• Identify quality issues, understand root causes, and communicate findings across teams.
• Contribute to creating and refining project guidelines with research and product partners.
• Flag potential roadblocks early and assist in resolving them.
• Track project deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Stay flexible and adapt to evolving project needs.
