Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI programmes across multiple workstreams
• Oversee 3–5 concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met
• Drive GCP migration programmes from planning through execution
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to align delivery
• Support workflow automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Step into hands-on tasks when needed (architecture, pipelines, troubleshooting)

Requirements

• Proven experience leading 5+ full lifecycle GCP migrations
• Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery
• Experience with workflow automation (e.g. pipelines, orchestration, optimisation)
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Based in the USA with availability across EST & PST time zones
