APi Inc in New Brighton, MN seeks a Project Manager I/II to oversee industrial service projects, manage schedules, safety, quality, and profitability. You will lead bid packages, takeoffs, and cost forecasting, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
Requirements include a construction management degree and 3–5 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to project sites is expected.

Salary: 75,400.00 - 135,700.00 USD / YEAR
Project Managers(PMs)havedirect P&L project responsibility.Theyare responsible fortotal delivery of the project,in accordance with establishedcriteria. Depending on industry discipline, he / she willbe responsible for: Accepting bid packages andassistin creating bid proposals; project scheduling;executionplanning, project progress review;expediting; inspection, projectsafetyand quality assurance. PMsare responsible fortracking, forecasting, and communicating costs, profits, and financial measures of the project. PMs will organize and manage all the elements involved in construction: Safety; labor; materials; tools; equipment; consumables; construction schedule; change orders. This position will spend50% of timeassistingin the management of Industrial Service projects, 35% of time performing quantitative take-offs and developing estimates, 10% oftimeon job cost studies, 5% of time on miscellaneous activities.
