About the role

Techno is seeking a Project Manager to join our corporate team in our team. In this role you will assist with the program management of multiple projects, managing various internal operations. Project involvement will begin in the initial planning stages, communicating with project team and subcontractors, through completion to assure that projects meet internal and external requirements and are within cost limitations.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring progress of projects to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Managing project teams consisting of construction management staff, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Creating reports detailing the status of projects and highlighting any potential issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate Resource Planning
  • Effectively supervise the on-site team and provide guidance and support throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensure sound administration and communication flow between the project team and other related parties (internal and external).
  • Review technical documentation, such as project schedules, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Keep track of Project Schedule/progress and communicate project team.
  • Establish contingency plans on critical activities.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Experience in program-level and project-level management for infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $90,000 - $160,000 per year.The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
