Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and renovation projects within the hospitality sector, particularly in resorts and hotels. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
• Manage project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary
• Coordinate and supervise construction and renovation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
