House Buyers of America is seeking a Field Manager responsible for project management of home renovations. The role involves overseeing 3-6 projects monthly, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month as per project timelines
• Recruit and manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors
• Reduce costs and streamline construction processes to complete projects below budget
• Manage project timelines and respond to inspections
• Deliver equipment to job sites as needed
• Conduct final inspections and document property conditions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Bachelor's Degree or higher

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually (including base and bonus)
