Role Description: We are seeking a full time Project Manager. This position is in the customer service department, and will involve working on a mix of consumer level and large scale projects.
Consumer projects will be varied, but you’ll see a lot of digital photos being printed and mounted or framed, older family photos that need restoration, and traditional artwork scanning & reproduction. Our clients rely on us to advise on practical and aesthetic choices for paper types, mounting options, framing, etc., so the expectation is that you will learn the ins and outs of the processes we offer in order to provide assistance and deliver the best product for each client’s circumstances.
You will also work on large scale projects from the estimating stage through proofing, production, and installation and/or delivery. Estimating is typically a collaborative process, and will involve working with our production and installation teams to determine the best way to produce and install a wide variety of graphics. Proofing and production will involve planning meetings, coordination between our internal teams and external vendors, and communication with the client. You’ll also coordinate site visits and installation dates, balancing client deadlines with our production schedule and installation availability.
Qualifications
Project management and/or estimating experience is required, and knowledge of printing, photography, and graphics services is preferred. This position does not require weekend work, but some overtime is expected if needed to complete tasks.
