As the key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, you’ll serve as the go‑to expert who keeps projects on track and clients delighted. Projects may involve specialty print finishes, kitting programs, and outsourced production, all requiring a high level of coordination, creativity, and accountability.

  • Preferred 3–5 years of print experience
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced setting
  • Ability to work independently to deliver results
  • Superior interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Self‑motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Interest in learning, understanding, and applying best practices quickly
Responsibilities
  • Client and Sales Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to scope and execute high‑value, custom print projects.
    • Deliver exceptional communication and white‑glove service to key clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Ownership
    • Manage all phases of custom projects, from vendor coordination and production scheduling to quality assurance and final delivery.
    • Oversee the complete order placement process: create and submit purchase orders, coordinate internal and external approvals, and manage proofing and production timelines.
  • Work directly with preferred print partners and third‑party vendors to fulfill specialized orders and overflow production needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for unique production techniques such as die‑cutting, foil stamping, and other embellishments.
  • Production & Logistics Coordination

    • Identify and recommend opportunities for outsourcing, innovation, and process improvements.
  • Technical & Creative Support
    • Maintain a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) to support creative and technical review processes.
