Repro Graphix is seeking a positive teammate who leads projects in prepress and print production to deliver environmental graphics. You will work with our team to ensure on-time, high-quality finishes across window and wall graphics, with opportunity for advancement and a healthy work/life balance.

This full-time on-site role in Indianapolis offers hands-on collaboration, strong color-management and client-facing project coordination, while supporting the growth of the team and the company.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepress, pre-flight and print layout knowledge.
• Project coordination assisting clients through consultation/proof process.
• Wide-format, digital press experience.
• Finishing experience; mounting laminating, cutting, weeding.
• Prepress (RIPs, cut files, efficient layout, color consistency, etc.)
• Experience or knowledge of installing window/wall graphics and various signage a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with team to run efficient daily meetings and empower workflow.
• Support prepress activities including proofing, layout and color management.
• Assist clients through consultation and proof processes.
• Assist with installation knowledge or deployment of graphics when needed.

Work hours: 8-5/Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work limited overtime when needed.
